Keep in mind: Rex & Mimi returned to town, but both they and Belle & Shawn were having problems, so Rex & Belle and Mimi & Shawn hooked up. Rimi and Shelle are again back together and have renewed their marriage vows, but Mimi is pregnant with Shawn's kid.
Austin & Carrie and Patrick & Billie also returned to town, Tony never died & is back together with Anna, and Sami never had any of EJ's spawns. John Roman turned out to be Lucas'. This means that Nicole never did the baby switch; in fact, Mia never allowed Nicole to adopt her child. John & Marlena, and Mickey & Maggie are all married. Lucas changed his last name to Horton after realizing his mother was evil beyond any repair, and Will followed suit.
